Shipping and return

These are shipping and return term and conditions for retail order. Please read these term and conditions carefully before you place your order.

Processing time

We process your orders within three business days. This processing time does not include weekends and holidays. Processing time may be longer during special occasions such as Christmas. We will inform you if the processing time is slower than three business days.

Exchange rate

All of our products are listed in Norwegian krone. We also provide suggested prices in USD, GBP and EUR based on exchange rates set by DNB (www.dnb.no). These prices may vary depending on the exchange rates and may not be the exact prices you will pay. The final prices you pay in currencies other than Norwegian krone will depend on your banks. You are responsible for your own exchange rate conversion and any fees related to it.

Shipping

We use normal postal service for our shipment. We reserve the rights to choose our shipping method.

Below is the estimated shipping fees and delivery time. The actual fees and delivery time will depend on your orders.

Norwegian orders

  • Up to 300 NOK: 100 NOK
  • From 300-1000 NOK: 150 NOK
  • From 1001-2000 NOK: 200 NOK
  • Above 2000 NOK: Free shipping

International orders

  • Up to 300 NOK: 150 NOK
  • From 300-1000 NOK: 200 NOK
  • From 1001-2000 NOK: 250 NOK
  • Above 2000 NOK: Free shipping

Customs clearance and import taxes

Pole in Style does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in your country. Please check with your customs office for any import duties or taxes that may incur.

 

Return and exchange

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days, counting from the day your purchase is shipped. In order to do so, you need to send a request to poleinstyle@gmail.com. If you are exchanging an item and we do not have it in stock, we will inform you with three options: refund, store credit, or waiting until our stock is refilled. Limited edition items cannot be exchanged since we cannot refill them.

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, you must return the product in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged with its original tag. When trying on the product, make sure you do so with care. You are responsible for the shipping fees related to returning the product. We are not responsible for damages or loss of product in transit back to us. We advise you to pack the product carefully and use an insured and traceable postal service to ensure the product arrives safely. 

Once we receive the product and it meets our requirements, we will give you a refund, store credit, or give you an exchange of another item.
